What you will do

• Perform complex analysis of business issues and security data to identify gaps in current capabilities.
• Design and elaborate on new security business processes and audit existing workflows for compliance.
• Facilitate assurance engagements and internal/external assessments as the primary point of contact.
• Translate complex security topics into clear, understandable language for non-technical business partners.
• Provide ad-hoc reporting and analysis to assist in solving security issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address policy, risk, or compliance initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3–5+ years of relevant experience in information security, risk, or compliance.
• Strong ability to assess business issues and map them to security processes.
• Experience facilitating assurance engagements or managing framework-based audits.
• Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and written/verbal communication skills.
• Ability to tailor messaging to different audiences, from engineering teams to senior management.
