Salary: $118,000 – $167,700

What you will do

• Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, and performance management for the TPRM team.
• Oversee the execution of third-party risk assessments, contract security reviews, and continuous monitoring.
• Lead the maturation of the TPRM program by improving governance processes, operating models, and automation.
• Integrate AI-related cybersecurity, privacy, and legal risks into third-party risk management processes.
• Develop and execute program roadmaps and lead strategic initiatives to improve risk visibility.
• Partner with Legal, Procurement, and Privacy stakeholders to provide executive-level reporting and risk insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in cybersecurity, risk management, GRC, or TPRM.
• Minimum 2-3 years of direct people leadership experience.
• Experience leading enterprise Third-Party Risk Management programs.
• Ability to develop executive-level reporting and performance metrics.
• Must be based in the USA.

Nice to have

• Certifications: CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CISA, CCSP, or CCSK.
• Knowledge of frameworks: NIST, ISO 27001, HITRUST, SOC 2, or CIS Controls.
• Experience implementing or optimizing TPRM platforms.
• Familiarity with AI governance principles and emerging AI regulations.
