What you will do

• Collaborate with cybersecurity architects, privacy officers, and engineering teams to ensure robust security controls within the tech stack.
• Provide detailed technical responses to security assessment questionnaires for potential clients and prospects.
• Research and recommend new security technologies and architectures to ensure continuous compliance.
• Serve as the primary subject matter expert for security and compliance nuances within the hirify.global Health stack.
• Retrieve technical evidence and conduct analysis to verify the effectiveness of security controls.
• Perform ad-hoc security architecture and application reviews to assess new risks and foster continuous service improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of professional experience as a Security Analyst or in a related occupation.
• Deep experience with frameworks: ISO 27001/2, PCI-DSS, HIPAA, GDPR, FedRAMP, HITRUST, SOC 1, and SOC 2.
• Proficiency in cloud security concepts including DevSecOps, IaC, CI/CD, SAST, and DAST.
• Experience in security engineering practices: incident response, threat detection, and vulnerability management.
• Must permanently reside in the US full-time.
