Salary: $79,800 - $168,000

What you will do

• Assess client tax departments to identify opportunities for automation across data, process, and technology.
• Lead end-to-end engagements, including proposal development, scoping, design, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver custom tax solutions and implement 3rd party vendor tools.
• Provide post-implementation support, including on-site or virtual go-live assistance.
• Manage the workload and review the work of Associates and Senior Associates.
• Develop training materials and documentation for client hand-offs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, or Data Analytics required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with technology or tax systems.
• Certification in one of the following: Corptax, Longview, Orbitax, OneStream, Thomson Reuters, Alteryx, or Microsoft Power Apps.
• Must be able to work well remotely and travel 10-25% of the time.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong project management and client-facing communication skills.

Nice to have

• Graduate degree.
• CPA certification.
• Experience with RPA tools (UiPath, Power Automate) or ETL tools (Alteryx, Power Query).
• Experience with visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
