Salary: $88,000–$118,000

What you will do
- Deliver functional and technical services for Dynamics 365 Business Central SaaS to post-implementation clients.
- Triage, monitor, and resolve support tickets, coordinating with technical experts for complex issues.
- Gather functional requirements and architect solutions including configuration, Marketplace Apps, and extensions.
- Manage project work plans to ensure timely delivery and effective change management.
- Document concepts and create knowledge base articles to support the internal Knowledge Management System.
- Support account management by identifying sales opportunities and executing marketing content like webinars and blogs.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5+ years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central consulting experience or equivalent private industry experience.
- Strong technical aptitude with understanding of development processes and PTEs.
- Experience modeling business processes and translating requirements into business applications.
- Ability to manage shifting priorities and multiple time-sensitive client requests.
Nice to have
- Microsoft Business Central certification(s).
- Experience with the Business Central ecosystem of ISV’s and Marketplace App partners.
