What you will do
- Lead the design and implementation of technical systems for demand-side management and electrification.
- Analyze customer business drivers and objectives to develop tailored, advanced solutions.
- Serve as a senior advisor and expert user for the company's no-code/low-code SaaS platforms.
- Oversee the creation of gap analysis reports, use-case documents, and technical requirement specifications.
- Manage the full life cycle implementation of enterprise software, ensuring seamless integration with client systems.
- Mentor junior analysts and foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States
- 5-7 years of experience in systems development, specifically within the utility energy efficiency industry.
- Extensive hands-on experience with no-code/low-code platforms or web development tools.
- Proven ability to analyze, interpret, and implement complex energy data solutions.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for guiding teams and managing projects.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, IT, or Business Information Systems preferred.
