Salary: Up to 40,000 GBP plus performance-based bonus

What you will do

• Define and document project scope, deliverables, and goals aligned with business strategy.
• Maintain project plans and schedules from initiation through to implementation.
• Implement effective project governance, including regular reporting and documentation.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver value within defined timeboxes and quality standards.
• Manage project changes and measure performance using appropriate verification techniques.
• Facilitate daily standups and ensure compliance with security protocols and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Must have the right to work in the UK with at least one year remaining on visa (no sponsorship offered).
• Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably within financial services or insurance.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Monday, Azure, and MS Office.
• Strong understanding and implementation of project management methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management at all levels.
• Solid organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
