Salary: Up to 40,000 GBP plus performance-based bonus

What you will do
- Define and document project scope, deliverables, and goals aligned with business strategy.
- Maintain project plans and schedules from initiation through to implementation.
- Implement effective project governance, including regular reporting and documentation.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver value within defined timeboxes and quality standards.
- Manage project changes and measure performance using appropriate verification techniques.
- Facilitate daily standups and ensure compliance with security protocols and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Must have the right to work in the UK with at least one year remaining on visa (no sponsorship offered).
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably within financial services or insurance.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Monday, Azure, and MS Office.
- Strong understanding and implementation of project management methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management at all levels.
- Solid organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
