What you will do

• Lead the planning and delivery of road, rail, and bridge infrastructure projects in compliance with CDM regulations and statutory requirements.
• Oversee construction activity integration across the Entertainment Resort Complex, coordinating with public bodies, developers, and contractors.
• Manage project governance, including technical submittals, design reviews, and project documentation.
• Monitor and report on project budgets, schedules, and progress against key milestones.
• Ensure compliance with Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) standards and safety plans.
• Coordinate with local authorities and utility providers to secure necessary permits and approvals.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work in Bedford, United Kingdom.
• Extensive experience in the delivery of infrastructure construction projects, specifically roadways and rail development.
• Strong knowledge of construction project delivery methods and project management governance.
• Experience working with statutory bodies and understanding of road and rail licensing requirements.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite, MS Project, and PDF software like Bluebeam.
• Ability to interpret and understand complex design and construction drawings.
