What you will do

• Define and deliver a project controls strategy covering planning, scheduling, cost management, procurement and contract administration.
• Establish governance, standards and best practices across a portfolio of data centre and other major capital projects.
• Lead and develop an internationally distributed project controls team.
• Implement data-driven frameworks for monitoring cost, schedule, productivity, milestones and project risk.
• Provide executive reporting, peer review, cost intelligence and optimisation recommendations.
• Drive digital tools, automation, analytics, QA/QC standards, audits and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Degree in engineering, construction management, quantity surveying or a related discipline.
• Extensive experience in project controls, programme management or major capital projects.
• Leadership experience in complex construction environments such as data centres, pharmaceuticals, infrastructure or other mission-critical projects.
• Expertise in planning, cost control, risk management and reporting systems.
• Strong understanding of regional construction markets and regulatory environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, governance and process improvement skills.
