Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Extensive experience in project controls, programme management, or major capital projects.
• Proven leadership experience in complex construction environments such as data centres or pharma.
• Strong understanding of regional construction markets and regulatory environments.
• Expertise in planning, cost control, risk management, and reporting systems.
