Salary: $234,000 – $275,000

What you will do

• Lead the drafting, negotiation, and execution of strategic partnerships, enterprise agreements, and technology integrations.
• Partner with business development, product, and finance teams to structure complex commercial arrangements.
• Advise on transaction structures, risk allocation, and negotiation strategies for emerging technologies and AI.
• Support corporate governance, M&A, investments, and subsidiary maintenance.
• Refine contracting processes, templates, and playbooks to improve operational speed and consistency.
• Coordinate with subject matter experts across privacy, regulatory, IP, and security functions.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience as a Commercial or Technology Transactions attorney at a top-tier law firm or in-house.
• Significant hands-on experience negotiating sophisticated commercial transactions and strategic partnerships.
• Must be able to work on-site in San Francisco, CA.
• Strong business judgment with the ability to balance legal protection and operational realities.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build trust-based relationships across teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and solve novel legal challenges in a fast-paced environment.
