What you will do

• Prioritize resources and monitor progress to ensure IT projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Lead situational awareness reporting and horizontal integration planning for complex IT projects.
• Provide high-level communications to internal and external stakeholders and senior management.
• Manage project workflows and deliverables using adaptive product development best practices.
• Coordinate with mission partners to ensure seamless integration of infrastructure components.
• Apply programmatic standards and provide task prioritization and level-of-effort recommendations.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI security clearance with a polygraph is mandatory.
• 8+ years of experience in Information Technology Project or Program Management.
• Proven ability to manage infrastructure engineering and operations and maintenance (O&M) projects.
• Experience driving project integration efforts and creating complex project schedules.
• Knowledge of IT standards, guidelines, and governance implementation.
• Experience in estimating project costs and maintaining project scope.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with hybrid-cloud infrastructure (Compute, Network, Storage).
• Knowledge of enterprise services like VDI, Active Directory, and audit/logging systems.
• Experience with COTS, GOTS, and custom applications in secure environments.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, CAPM, or ITIL.
• Experience with legacy system modernization within data lake environments.
