Mission Manager (SkillBridge Intern)

Location: Remote (United States). Must be eligible for the DoD SkillBridge program and hold or be eligible to obtain a U.S. security clearance. U.S. citizenship is required.

What you will do

• Serve as Mission Manager for assigned delivery efforts, ensuring timelines and mission outcomes are met.
• Collaborate with Tech Leads to establish and align technical roadmaps with product goals.
• Act as a liaison between Application Development and Platform teams to facilitate smooth deployment.
• Translate technical progress into clear updates for stakeholders and mission owners.
• Balance priorities from users and customers to deliver mission value in a scalable way.
• Foster an environment of growth, mentorship, and adherence to company values.

Requirements

• Must be eligible for the DoD SkillBridge program and within 180 days of separating from Service.
• Must be a U.S. citizen and hold or be eligible to obtain a security clearance.
• Demonstrated ability to contribute to product vision and align technical solutions with business objectives.
• Proven track record of evaluating methods for solving complex business problems.
• Proficiency in identifying process gaps and strategically shaping product backlogs.
• Critical thinking skills with a focus on product excellence and technical problem-solving.
