TL;DR

Location: Must be based in the US (Remote, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM EDT).

What you will do

  • Contact dealership partners to recover lapsed accounts and identify service issues.
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand operational challenges and client concerns.
  • Develop and implement account recovery and retention strategies.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Leadership teams to resolve critical issues.
  • Track all interactions, outcomes, and feedback within the CRM system.
  • Prepare reports on client trends, risks, and process improvement opportunities.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B account management, sales, or customer retention.
  • Proven ability to retain clients and resolve complex customer concerns.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and office productivity software.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment during EDT business hours.
  • Supervisory or team leadership experience is highly desirable.

Nice to have

  • Experience working with automotive dealerships.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.
