What you will do
- Contact dealership partners to recover lapsed accounts and identify service issues.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand operational challenges and client concerns.
- Develop and implement account recovery and retention strategies.
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Leadership teams to resolve critical issues.
- Track all interactions, outcomes, and feedback within the CRM system.
- Prepare reports on client trends, risks, and process improvement opportunities.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B account management, sales, or customer retention.
- Proven ability to retain clients and resolve complex customer concerns.
- Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and office productivity software.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment during EDT business hours.
- Supervisory or team leadership experience is highly desirable.
Nice to have
- Experience working with automotive dealerships.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.
