What you will do
- Proactively monitor renewal business, generate quotes, and manage the renewal pipeline in Salesforce.
- Coordinate with Client Managers to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Negotiate discounts with vendors and distributors to maximize profit margins.
- Facilitate completion of client documentation including RFPs and supplier forms.
- Maintain account health through data integrity and credit standing checks.
- Act as a liaison between internal business units and external clients.
Requirements
- Must be based in the USA and available for Mountain Time Zone hours.
- Two or more years of experience in a B2B Sales or Client Services role.
- Proficiency in CRM software, specifically Salesforce.
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Proven ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and arithmetic skills.
Nice to have
- Prior experience managing renewal contracts.
- Two years of experience in the technical or IT industry.
- Associate degree or equivalent technical training.
