What you will do

• Proactively monitor renewal business, generate quotes, and manage the renewal pipeline in Salesforce.
• Coordinate with Client Managers to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Negotiate discounts with vendors and distributors to maximize profit margins.
• Facilitate completion of client documentation including RFPs and supplier forms.
• Maintain account health through data integrity and credit standing checks.
• Act as a liaison between internal business units and external clients.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA and available for Mountain Time Zone hours.
• Two or more years of experience in a B2B Sales or Client Services role.
• Proficiency in CRM software, specifically Salesforce.
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Proven ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and arithmetic skills.

Nice to have

• Prior experience managing renewal contracts.
• Two years of experience in the technical or IT industry.
• Associate degree or equivalent technical training.
