What you will do

  • Manage the full client intake and onboarding process, including documentation and enrollment.
  • Coordinate caregiver schedules to ensure consistent and reliable client coverage.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for both clients and caregivers.
  • Convert inbound marketing leads into enrolled clients through professional communication.
  • Maintain accurate administrative records and ensure compliance with home care regulations.
  • Support office operations and assist in training new team members as the business scales.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with a professional phone presence.
  • Previous experience in home care, personal care, or healthcare administration.
  • Strong customer service, relationship-building, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with inbound sales, lead conversion, or appointment setting.
  • Must be available to work Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM CST.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Nice to have

  • Experience with caregiver scheduling or workforce coordination software.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems.
  • Knowledge of state-specific home care or personal care regulations.
  • Experience in a mentoring or training capacity.
