What you will do

  • Own the full sales cycle from inbound lead to close for the sub-250 employee segment.
  • Engage with data engineers and technical founders to map use cases to platform capabilities.
  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor by troubleshooting schema design and integration challenges.
  • Identify and convert expansion opportunities within existing product-led customer accounts.
  • Partner with Solutions Engineers on complex evaluations and advocate for customer needs internally.
  • Maintain rigorous pipeline hygiene and documentation within Salesforce.

Requirements

  • Technical foundation gained through experience as a data engineer, solutions engineer, or software engineer.
  • Comfort with the modern data stack including columnar databases, streaming ingestion, and SQL-heavy analytics.
  • Customer-facing experience in pre-sales, technical account management, or solutions engineering.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills capable of simplifying complex technical concepts for engineering audiences.
  • Ownership mentality with the ability to operate autonomously and drive deals with urgency.
  • Must be based in Toronto or Montreal.
