Salary: $103,200 - $174,600 USD

What you will do
- Partner with public sector customers to translate business goals into actionable objectives.
- Guide customers on effective platform usage, including Git workflows, CI/CD, and DevSecOps best practices.
- Manage the full customer journey, coaching on new use cases and feature adoption.
- Act as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams like Support, Product, and Engineering.
- Own a defined book of business, focusing on driving adoption, retention, and expansion.
- Use project management skills to track and deliver customer success initiatives across multiple stakeholders.
Requirements
- Eligibility as a United States Person (U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee) is required.
- Background in Customer Success or a similar customer-facing role.
- Experience connecting technical capabilities to measurable business outcomes.
- Understanding of Git, branching strategies, and the software development lifecycle.
- Knowledge of CI/CD and DevSecOps concepts.
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills for explaining technical topics.
