TL;DR
Business Development Representative (BDR) (Enterprise AI): Drive revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and nurturing high-potential leads for enterprise AI solutions with an accent on outbound prospecting across APAC and aligning decision-makers with Cohere’s AI products. Focus on BANT qualification, Salesforce pipeline hygiene, and improving campaign response through feedback-driven messaging.
Location: Remote (based out of Seoul office; no minimum in-office requirement)

What you will do
- Research and identify target accounts across APAC in industries such as finance, technology, manufacturing, healthcare, and public sector.
- Run 50+ daily outbound calls and personalized emails to engage CTOs, CIOs, and business unit leads.
- Qualify leads using the BANT framework and document interactions in Salesforce to maintain a clean, actionable pipeline.
- Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging and campaigns based on prospect feedback.
- Track industry trends, competitor offerings, and Cohere’s product roadmap to position solutions effectively.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role with a track record of exceeding lead generation targets in a SaaS or tech environment.
- Strong communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and build rapport by phone and email.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and ability to analyze data to optimize outreach.
- Experience in AI, machine learning, or enterprise software sales, with basic understanding of natural language processing (NLP) concepts.
- Ability to work remotely while being based out of the Seoul office (no minimum in-office requirement).
