What you will do

• Take end-to-end ownership of new features within the Nexus and OSS teams.
• Design and build Nexus interfaces for hirify.global SDKs to ensure idiomatic developer experiences.
• Integrate SDKs with language runtimes to execute application code in a durable, deterministic manner.
• Develop foundational features for the reliable execution of agentic AI systems.
• Collaborate with the open-source community to debug issues and gather API feedback.
• Write technical documentation for hirify.global concepts and APIs.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• At least 7 years of experience in production environments building highly scalable distributed systems.
• Strong computer science fundamentals, including multi-threading and concurrency.
• Expert-level experience writing concurrent code in at least two of: Python, TypeScript, .NET, Ruby, or Rust.
• Proven experience designing APIs, SDK libraries, or working with Open Source Systems.
