What you will do

• Define and drive multi-year technical strategy, including distributability and multi-cloud initiatives.
• Lead high-complexity engineering projects that span multiple teams and organizational boundaries.
• Serve as a primary technical decision-maker for architectural choices with org-wide impact.
• Partner with Inference, Platform, Infrastructure, and Customer Success teams to ensure enterprise readiness.
• Mentor and develop Staff-level engineers across the organization.
• Drive alignment across Product, GTM, and business stakeholders while addressing systemic technical risks.

Requirements

• 10+ years of engineering experience with a track record at Staff or Senior Staff level.
• Deep expertise in distributed systems and API architecture.
• Demonstrated experience shaping technical strategy for large-scale Cloud Service Providers or Enterprise SaaS.
• Strong domain expertise in enterprise security, identity, compliance, governance, and permissions.
• Ability to lead through influence and build trust across diverse technical and business teams.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (visa sponsorship available).
