Senior Manager, Production Sourcing

Location: Must be based in Universal City, California. This position requires a hybrid schedule with a minimum of four days per week in the office.

Salary: $120,000–$140,000 (bonus eligible)

What you will do

• Lead sourcing initiatives to deliver measurable cost savings and cost avoidance aligned with production needs.
• Act as a strategic sourcing partner to Production teams from pre-production through execution.
• Develop and implement category strategies using spend data, market insights, and supplier benchmarking.
• Lead RFPs/RFIs, supplier evaluation, and contract negotiations across production categories.
• Manage supplier relationships and performance to ensure service quality and contract compliance.
• Partner with Legal and Finance on contract execution and risk management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or production operations.
• Advanced negotiation skills with complex analytical cost structures.
• Strong financial acumen and savings analysis expertise.
• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Experience in media, entertainment, or production environments.
• Knowledge of below-the-line production categories.
