TL;DR

Sales Enablement Manager (SaaS): Owning the global sales enablement strategy for a fast-growing team with an accent on MEDDPICC methodology, Gong-driven coaching, and self-serve infrastructure. Focus on designing scalable systems that reduce dependency on live sessions and drive consistent sales performance across multiple segments.

Location: Hybrid (Toronto), 3 days per week in office

Salary: $100,000 – $115,000

What you will do

  • Develop targeted sales enablement materials and training programs based on deep product and industry knowledge.
  • Partner with Sales leadership to identify performance gaps using Gong and deal data.
  • Implement and reinforce the MEDDPICC methodology through coaching and deal-review discipline.
  • Build a self-serve enablement infrastructure to reduce reliance on live training sessions.
  • Collaborate with Sales, RevOps, and Product teams to ensure consistency across global geos and segments.
  • Integrate AI-driven tools into the enablement strategy to improve seller effectiveness.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in sales enablement at a senior level.
  • 2+ years of experience in a quota-carrying sales role.
  • Proven expertise with MEDDIC/MEDDPICC methodology.
  • Proficiency with Gong, Salesforce, and related enablement tooling.
  • Experience operating in a global, multi-timezone organization.
  • Ability to build scalable systems and processes rather than just running training sessions.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience in the eCommerce or SaaS industry.
