What you will do

• Act as the primary point of contact and authority in the Resident Engineer’s absence.
• Manage inspection staff and verify the quality of daily inspection reports.
• Support the full lifecycle of contractor payments, RFIs, and change orders.
• Track contractor progress and evaluate schedule adherence.
• Lead project, safety, and contract administration meetings with stakeholders.
• Facilitate communication between office and field personnel.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil Engineering preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as an ARE or OE on NYCDEP infrastructure projects.
• Demonstrated expertise in E-Builder software.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety certification.
• Must be able to work onsite in the Upper Catskill region.
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder coordination.
