What you will do

• Design, implement, and optimize algorithms for complex optimization and machine learning problems.
• Write high-quality, well-tested, and well-documented production code.
• Collaborate with researchers and engineers to translate ideas into scalable software.
• Prototype, evaluate, and improve algorithmic performance through experimentation.
• Participate in technical design discussions, code reviews, and best-practice initiatives.
• Stay current with state-of-the-art algorithmic and optimization techniques.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, or Operations Research.
• 5+ years of professional experience developing algorithms and production software.
• Strong proficiency in Python; experience with C++ is a plus.
• Solid background in algorithms, data structures, and computational complexity.
• Experience with optimization, machine learning, or numerical methods.
• Ability to read, understand, and implement research papers.

Nice to have

• Experience with optimization solvers or ML frameworks like PyTorch, JAX, or NumPy.
