What you will do

• Lead the development of scalable ad measurement models to track the full spectrum of advertiser investments.
• Design and productionize models leveraging Generative AI, Classical ML, Causal Inference, NLP, and Computer Vision.
• Collaborate with engineering and product management to deploy scientific solutions into production.
• Drive continuous improvement of ML models through iterative testing and optimization.
• Mentor junior scientists to foster a high-performing and collaborative team culture.
• Contribute to the broader scientific community via presentations, publications, and patents.

Requirements

• Must be based in or authorized to work in the USA (New York)
• PhD, or Master's degree and 6+ years of applied research experience.
• 3+ years of experience building machine learning models for business applications.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C/C++.
• Strong experience with neural deep learning methods and machine learning.

Nice to have

• Experience with modeling tools such as R, scikit-learn, Spark MLLib, MxNet, TensorFlow, NumPy, or SciPy.
• Experience with large-scale distributed systems such as Hadoop and Spark.
