Salary: $250,000–$265,000 USD

What you will do
- Design and build core architecture for AI systems spanning multiple product areas.
- Set technical standards for evaluation frameworks, testing, and shared infrastructure.
- Take direct ownership of the most ambiguous technical problems without established playbooks.
- Build and ship conversational agents, deep learning models, and personalization systems.
- Improve AI/ML services to drive behavior change and metabolic health outcomes.
- Raise the technical level of the team through code and design reviews.
Requirements
- 8+ years of industry experience developing AI and Machine Learning systems in production.
- Must be based in the U.S. and authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
- Proven experience setting technical direction and engineering standards at an organizational level.
- Deep expertise in LLMs, Generative AI, Prompt Engineering, RAG, and iterative AI evals.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals including testing, CI/CD, and system design.
- Proficiency in Python and experience defining engineering best practices.

- Experience with Voice AI or specialized Language Models (VLMs, multi-modal).
