Location: Remote (US). Not eligible to be hired in CA, CT, NJ, NY, PA, WA. Approximately 20% travel required.

Salary: $171,120 - $251,600

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end technical engagements from POC workshops to production launch.
• Write and ship production code in Python, TypeScript, and Node directly in customer codebases.
• Architect solutions that comply with customer Infosec and Architecture Review Board requirements.
• Conduct customer hackathons and builder activation events to accelerate adoption.
• Develop reusable technical assets, including SDKs, reference implementations, and engineering guides.
• Provide field insights to R&D to influence core product roadmaps.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience shipping production code.
• Proficiency in Python, TypeScript, and Node.
• Strong grasp of API design, system architecture, and CI/CD workflows.
• Experience managing technical engagements from POC to production.
• Excellent communication skills and executive presence for C-level stakeholder interaction.
• Must be based in the US (excluding CA, CT, NJ, NY, PA, WA).

Nice to have

• Deep understanding of LLM core concepts and conversational AI patterns.
• Experience with AI frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, or CrewAI.
• Knowledge of IaC and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Master's degree in Computer Science.
