What you will do
- Design and build agentic LLM pipelines to power AI features across the product ecosystem.
- Develop full-stack product features using Python, FastAPI, TypeScript, and React.
- Iterate on LLM prompts and models, optimizing for accuracy, latency, and cost.
- Strengthen the evaluation framework through curated datasets, experiments, and regression identification.
- Improve production observability using accuracy signals and feedback loops.
- Partner with product teams to identify and implement high-ROI AI use cases.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Experience in a startup or fast-paced 0-to-1 environment with end-to-end feature ownership.
- Strong full-stack web application experience in Python.
- Proven track record of shipping reliable agentic LLM workflows using frameworks like LangGraph or LangChain.
- Experience evaluating LLM workflows via eval harnesses, golden datasets, and observability tools.
- Must reside in the U.S. and be legally authorized to work without employer visa sponsorship.
Nice to have
- Experience with healthcare workflows or health-tech.
- Proficiency with Ruby on Rails.
- History of evaluating and driving the adoption of emerging AI tools within a team.
