What you will do

• Support the development and implementation of global ethics and compliance programs.
• Communicate complex regulatory concepts through training and advisory support to business units.
• Execute risk-based due diligence for third parties and business partners.
• Collaborate with HR to administer the Code of Business Conduct and related certification processes.
• Assist with internal investigations and promote internal whistleblowing reporting channels.
• Monitor legislative developments and emerging compliance trends to inform leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in ethics and compliance within an international corporate context.
• Excellent command of both English and French (oral and written).
• Experience in designing and implementing compliance programs.
• Ability to travel as required.

• Certificate in ethics and compliance from a reputable institution.
• Experience in conducting internal investigations.
