Location: Must be based in Germany and possess a valid work permit
Salary: €59,800–€75,000 gross + VSOP

What you will do
- Own the end-to-end strategy, pricing, packaging, and positioning for the Public Sector unit.
- Drive revenue growth through direct sales and negotiations with German schools and authorities.
- Collaborate with Product and Tech teams to shape the product based on market evidence.
- Establish core sales pipelines, reporting structures, and operational playbooks.
- Build and lead a cross-functional team across Sales, Key Accounts, and Product Marketing.
Requirements
- Proven experience building a business line, company, or new market from scratch.
- Deep knowledge of the German school system and its decision-making processes.
- Strong negotiation skills for navigating complex institutional procurement.
- Data-driven approach to business decisions regarding pricing and market entry.
- German language proficiency at C2 level (native/near-native).
- Must reside in Germany with a valid work permit.
