What you will do

• Translate global talent engagement and sourcing strategies into US-specific talent strategies, workforce scenarios, and labor market insights.
• Define and build local sourcing strategy, target groups, talent mapping, and candidate engagement plans aligned with business demand planning.
• Design and deploy local talent programs, including early career initiatives, and build local talent communities and engagement ecosystems.
• Lead US university relations: manage partnerships, events, programs, and engagement with target universities and talent networks.
• Own local talent marketing strategy for the US and guide content/campaign execution to strengthen candidate attraction in key segments.
• Lead a cross-functional distributed CoE team and drive alignment between global, regional, and local stakeholders to ensure execution excellence.

Requirements

• 10–15 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Talent Engagement, or HR-related roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant work experience.
• Proven experience developing and leading programs, projects, or initiatives.
• Experience in workforce planning, talent strategy, or talent engagement (preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex stakeholder environments within large organizations.
• Strong analytical capability for talent data, market insights, and scenario thinking.
