What you will do

• Lead and develop a recruiting organization supporting go-to-market hiring across regions.
• Own GTM hiring strategy, workforce planning, location strategy, talent mapping, and pipeline development.
• Establish rigorous intake, calibration, interviewing, and assessment standards.
• Partner with executive stakeholders, provide market intelligence, and challenge assumptions when hiring quality is at risk.
• Use data-driven insights to improve quality of hire, recruiting performance, and the internal perception of Talent Acquisition.
• Apply AI to recruiting and business challenges while advancing team capability.

Requirements

• 10+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, including at least 5 years leading recruiting teams.
• At least 5 years driving or leading GTM Talent Acquisition at scale.
• Global Talent Acquisition leadership experience and a track record of improving recruiter capability.
• Demonstrated success improving hiring quality, not only recruiting speed.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders and pushing back constructively.
• Proficient or advanced AI and analytical capability, with the ability to translate data into action.

• Talent Acquisition leadership experience within a SaaS organization.
• Strategic thinking combined with strong operational depth and ownership.
