Vice President (Private Credit)

Location: New York, NY, United States; office-based position

Salary: $125,000–$290,000 base salary per year, plus potential discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Review transaction deal flow for strategic capital allocation and manage the investment pipeline.
• Collaborate with product specialists to onboard commingled funds, separately managed accounts, and funds of one.
• Determine capital allocation and portfolio construction parameters for investors.
• Coordinate offering correspondence among external clients, product specialists, legal, and compliance stakeholders.
• Prepare presentations and recurring reports for senior leadership and internal stakeholders.
• Drive global process improvement initiatives and collaborate with technology and engineering teams to enhance workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 10+ years of professional experience and an understanding of debt products.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional organization, attention to detail, follow-through, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment, interact effectively with senior management and global stakeholders, and handle confidential information with discretion.
• Integrity, ethical standards, sound judgment, and a strong work ethic.
