What you will do

• Own the end-to-end development and maintenance of curated, agent-ready datasets.
• Deliver analytics and strategic recommendations to business partners across growth and adoption functions.
• Translate business questions into metrics, analytical frameworks, pipelines, and data workflows.
• Collaborate with data engineers, product managers, and stakeholders on data-driven solutions.
• Review merge requests created by human and AI contributors.
• Present clear, actionable data stories that influence business decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, statistics, mathematics, or another quantitative field.
• 4+ years of experience in centralized data analytics teams working closely with business stakeholders.
• Expert-level SQL skills, including complex query optimization, window functions, CTEs, and analysis of petabyte-scale datasets.
• 3+ years of experience with Git-based version control and 2+ years with Apache Airflow.
• 2+ years of experience with data ingestion and transformation frameworks such as dbt, Fivetran, or equivalent platforms.
• Proficiency with analytics-focused AI tools and the ability to turn analysis into business recommendations.

Nice to have

• Interest or experience in Internet security, protocols, and edge development.
• Analytics experience in a fast-growing technology, SaaS, or subscription-based business.
• Experience with Python, R, or other statistical analysis programming languages.
