What you will do

• Oversee warehouse associates and coordinate daily workflows for the 2nd shift.
• Promote health, safety, and quality initiatives using LEAN concepts.
• Analyze performance data to implement corrective actions and ensure operational success.
• Coach and develop team members through regular performance assessments and mentorship.
• Coordinate with other group leads to meet labor goals and operational targets.
• Participate in the First Responder Team and support succession planning.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work in Battleboro, NC.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in coaching and mentoring teams.
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office 365.
• Ability to operate all warehouse machinery and equipment.
• Strong analytical skills for interpreting performance data.
• English: Proficient in reading, writing, and verbal communication.
