What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and develop an hourly workforce while building a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Own daily operational performance across throughput, turnaround time, productivity, quality, and service level targets.
  • Monitor operational KPIs, analyze trends, and execute improvement plans and corrective actions based on data.
  • Balance workload, remove bottlenecks, run daily production huddles, and ensure production and quality targets are met.
  • Ensure compliance with customer requirements, manufacturer standards, ISO procedures, and internal quality expectations.
  • Maintain accurate operational documentation (work orders, tickets, inventory transactions, audits) and partner cross-functionally to deliver business objectives.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of operations leadership experience in a high-volume production, repair, warehouse, or manufacturing environment.
  • Proven experience managing 15+ hourly team members.
  • Strong analytical skills with demonstrated KPI-driven decision making.
  • Experience with Lean methodologies or continuous improvement frameworks (preferred).
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
