Salary: $26.20–$29.09 per hour

What you will do

  • Guide prospects and repeat customers through consultative engagement via phone, email, and chat.
  • Conduct comprehensive AAC device demos and screen new clients for trial appropriateness.
  • Coordinate trial logistics, including scheduling training sessions and verifying patient insurance and demographic data.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all customer interactions within the company CRM.
  • Monitor data trends using HubSpot to provide actionable process and communication recommendations.
  • Report weekly metrics to ensure individual and team intake goals are met.

Requirements

  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of B2C or B2B customer service experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and online chat tools.
  • Strong time management and multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Compassionate and empathetic communication style.

Nice to have

  • Experience with AAC technology.
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.
  • Background in sales, marketing, or durable medical equipment.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
