TL;DR
Solutions Consultant (Post-Sales): Partner with Account Management to deepen and expand Ramp customer relationships through technical and financial expertise across the customer lifecycle, with an accent on scalable solution design and integration architecture. Focus on running product demos, scoping and troubleshooting ERP/integration blockers, and translating complex API/ERP concepts into clear business value for finance and operations stakeholders.
Location: Remote (US); Miami, FL; New York, NY (HQ); Remote (Canada); San Francisco, CA; Toronto, ON
Salary: SF/NY OTE $132K–$181K; Nationwide OTE $119K–$163K (equity; 75/25 split). Final compensation depends on location and level.

What you will do
- Demonstrate new Ramp products and features to existing customers using customized demos and workflow illustrations.
- Evaluate expansion opportunities by analyzing use cases, assessing ROI, and performing technical scoping.
- Design best-fit Ramp architecture, including when and how to use APIs, ERP integrations, and HRIS connectors.
- Troubleshoot ERP and integration blockers and guide customers through complex configuration decisions.
- Advise customers and internal teams on integration, configuration, and system design decisions without writing code.
- Feed customer pain points and feedback into Product and Engineering roadmaps; contribute to documentation and tooling.
Requirements
- 3+ years in Solutions Consulting, Technical Consulting, Implementation, or a similar customer-facing technical role in SaaS or fintech.
- Hands-on familiarity with ERP systems and finance/accounting workflows (NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle Fusion).
- Comfort with APIs, integration logic, and system architecture, with the ability to explain concepts clearly to finance and operations stakeholders.
- Experience running product demonstrations and translating technical capabilities into business value.
- Strong communication skills to guide customers toward scalable approaches and diplomatically steer misaligned requests.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, finance, business, or a related field.
