Salary: $75,000–$95,000

What you will do

• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, development, and testing.
• Customize the hirify.global Innovator platform to meet specific customer needs.
• Solve complex technical challenges within an open development framework.
• Establish and document procedures for new software features.
• Collaborate with a process-oriented team to maintain high engineering standards.

Requirements

• Strong problem-solving skills and a solid grounding in engineering principles.
• Versatility and ability to apply a wide range of skills to varied challenges.
• Must be located within 45 miles of the Andover, MA office.
• Must be able to work a hybrid schedule (Wednesday & Thursday in-office).
• Experience with C#, JavaScript, SQL, and web application development is preferred.
