Senior IT Application Specialist (AI)

Location: Atlanta, Georgia, USA; flexible hybrid working model with in-person and virtual work. U.S. work eligibility is verified through E-Verify.

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of enterprise applications, from roadmap definition and architecture through deployment, health monitoring, upgrades, and continuous improvement.
• Use AI coding tools including Claude Code, Codex, OpenCode, and Gemini CLI to write, review, and orchestrate production-grade code.
• Build workflow automations with LLM APIs, GCP Cloud Functions, AWS Lambda, and n8n.
• Design AI agent skills, tool integrations, autonomous workflows, and AIOps monitoring for predictive detection and automated anomaly identification.
• Lead complex incident response, architectural reviews, performance tuning, troubleshooting, and long-term solution development.
• Mentor IT Applications Specialists and maintain SOPs, technical documentation, and knowledge base content.

Requirements

• Post-secondary diploma or degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent demonstrable experience.
• 5–8 years of experience supporting technical, functional, and system aspects of IT applications, cloud platforms, and enterprise application environments.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience building and deploying AI-powered automation in production; portfolio, projects, or practical assessment required.
• Advanced proficiency with Claude Code, Codex, OpenCode, and Gemini CLI, plus strong Python, PowerShell, and Bash skills.
• Expert-level Linux administration and advanced knowledge of SAML, LDAPS, and Zero Trust Architecture.
• Experience with Google Cloud, AWS, Microsoft Azure, Docker, infrastructure automation, and observability tools; availability for a 24×7 rotating on-call schedule.
