TL;DR

Technical Program Manager (Enterprise Commerce): Own the planning and execution rhythm for quote-to-cash systems, driving end-to-end cross-team programs across engineering, GTM systems, finance, legal, and operations with an accent on SOX readiness and technical dependency management across CPQ, contract data, provisioning automation, and billing. Focus on building operating cadence, sequencing dependencies, and coordinating control design and evidence collection to deliver compliant revenue systems.

Location: San Francisco, CA or New York City, NY (hybrid; expected in an office at least 25% of the time)

Salary: $290,000 - $365,000 USD annually

What you will do

  • Build and run cross-team planning and operating cadence for quote-to-cash (shared roadmap, DRIs, sequenced dependencies, single source of truth on priorities and status).
  • Drive highest-priority cross-team programs end to end—from scoping and tradeoff decisions through delivery—across engineering, GTM systems, deal desk, order management, accounting, and legal.
  • Own the SOX readiness program for quote-to-cash systems, including gap closure, control design, evidence collection, and coordination with internal audit.
  • Manage technical dependencies across the stack: CPQ, contract data model, provisioning automation, billing platform, and integrations between them.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of technical program management experience delivering cross-functional programs from scratch in ambiguous environments.
  • Technical depth in enterprise systems integration, including CPQ, ERP, billing, and provisioning platforms, plus understanding data flows and tradeoffs between SaaS configuration and custom builds.
  • Experience running compliance or audit-readiness programs (SOX, SOC, or similar), including how control design and evidence collection connect to engineering delivery.
  • Ability to build trust and translate between engineers, finance/accounting partners, sales operations, legal, and executives.
  • Comfort shaping the operating model while it is still being defined.
