What you will do
- Define and execute the global vision, strategy, and service delivery model for Professional Services and Software.
- Own P&L responsibility, including pricing strategies, revenue forecasting, and financial risk management.
- Establish global governance structures, KPIs, and performance management frameworks.
- Manage CEO-level expectations and lead executive-level escalations for major programs.
- Oversee global program and portfolio execution, ensuring quality and regulatory compliance.
- Provide strategic guidance to Regional Managing Directors to drive revenue and talent development.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States with ability to travel frequently for onsite and international engagements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or Life Sciences required.
- Minimum 12–15 years of progressive leadership experience in Professional Services, Software, or regulated consulting.
- Proven track record of leading global service organizations with P&L responsibility.
- Strong background in contract governance, commercial negotiations, and complex program management.
- Demonstrated success in building high-performing leadership teams and succession pipelines.

- Master’s degree (MBA, MS, or equivalent) is strongly preferred.
