Location: Must be based in or able to commute to San Francisco, CA or New York, NY. Hybrid role requiring in-office presence at least twice a week.

Salary: $221,000–$295,000

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a full-stack software engineer.
• 2+ years of experience leading engineering teams for complex, data-intensive, or AI-driven products.
• Proven track record as a people manager building high-performing teams.
• Deep technical intuition regarding state-of-the-art AI agent behavior and context systems.
• Ability to design technical abstractions that accelerate product vision.
• Must be based in or able to commute to San Francisco or New York.
