What you will do

• Assist with daily operations for live radio shows and pre-taped interviews.
• Run sound boards and perform audio editing for on-air and social media use.
• Create promotional content and audiograms for social media platforms.
• Conduct in-depth research on current events, news, and politics for show preparation.
• Interact with listeners via social media, email, and phone screening.
• Maintain detailed show logs and coordinate with industry professionals and guests.

Requirements

• Must have legal right to work in the U.S.
• Current university student or recent graduate (within 12 months).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, live environment.
• Interest in current events, business, comedy, pop culture, and politics.

Nice to have

• Experience in radio or TV broadcasting.
• Knowledge of digital editing software like Pro Tools or Adobe Audition.
• Familiarity with broadcast automation software.
• Experience with digital media systems like Photoshop.
