What you will do

• Maintain and manipulate on-air playlists using SNELL Morpheus and Amagi software.
• Execute seamless program, commercial, and marketing changes for both taped and live programming.
• Monitor and maintain 150+ channel streams to ensure continuous availability and identify inconsistencies.
• Verify the readiness of all materials to guarantee the continuity of programming.
• Perform quality checks on audio, video, and captioning to simulate the viewer experience.
• Mentor peers through 1:1 training and collaborate with supervisors to resolve on-air discrepancies.

Requirements

• High School Diploma and relevant certification or Associate's Degree in Media or Communications.
• Solid understanding of television production, broadcast operations, or technical production.
• Unrestricted employment authorization to work in the United States.
• Must be based in Centennial, CO.
• Available to work any shift, including overnights, weekends, and holidays for 24/7/365 operations.
• Ability to view mature, repetitive, or controversial content.

Nice to have

• Prior professional experience in master control or a production control room.
• Proficiency or fluency in Spanish.
