What you will do

• Create, edit, and distribute commercial break formats for live sports and streaming programming.
• Interface with sales, marketing, and league partners to ensure inventory expectations are met.
• Coordinate commercial break structures with producers and assistant directors.
• Adjust formats dynamically based on evolving sales and production requirements.
• Maintain deep knowledge of league contracts and partner obligations.
• Respond to urgent communications and requests outside of standard business hours.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to Stamford, CT
• Ability to work in a hybrid model (minimum 4 days per week in office)
• Bachelor's degree in media, communications, finance, accounting, or business.
• 0-1 years of relevant professional experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
