What you will do

• Coordinate ticket builds and system setups for the national film tour.
• Manage ticket inventory, sales tracking, and daily revenue reporting.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for venue box offices and ticketing platforms.
• Implement pricing strategies, bundle packages, and VIP experience configurations.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to align promotional materials with ticketing links.
• Train and support the road crew on box office operations and reporting.

Requirements

• Must be available for in-person training in Boulder in early October.
• Previous experience in ticketing operations or entertainment industry roles.
• Proficiency with ticketing platforms like Eventbrite or similar systems.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for managing high-volume data.
• Basic knowledge of Google Suite, Excel, and digital marketing fundamentals.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with ski clubs, nonprofits, and group sale partnerships.
• Experience with pixel tracking and retargeting campaigns.
