What you will do
- Manage executives’ schedules, calendars, and email accounts using MS Outlook.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, process expense reports, and reconcile credit card activity (including Concur and Traveler’s Suitcase).
- Review, edit, and prepare correspondence; screen and route telephone calls and emails appropriately.
- Support program meetings by working with LM Security to reserve classified rooms.
- Prepare correspondence independently and perform administrative review of documents.
- Handle sensitive data and maintain confidentiality of proprietary and personnel information.
Requirements
- Ability to execute effective time management and interface professionally with executives.
- Experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced, dynamic environment with strong multitasking, prioritization, and initiative.
- Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, plus LM Systems (Concur Expense Reporting and Traveler’s Suitcase).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; experience using Live link, SharePoint, Teams chat, and meeting/video teleconferencing.
- Ability to work with sensitive data and maintain confidentiality.
