TL;DR
Product Manager (Fintech): Driving the end-to-end product lifecycle for modern credit and loyalty programs with an accent on payments infrastructure and intelligent underwriting. Location: Must be based in or able to work from New York City or San Francisco (Hybrid)
Compensation: $160,000 – $190,000 + Equity

is a fintech startup building a modern, brand-first platform for co-branded credit cards and loyalty programs to replace legacy bank infrastructure.
What you will do
- Own the product process from problem definition and roadmap prioritization through shipping and iteration.
- Identify high-leverage opportunities by analyzing customer behavior, partner needs, and business data.
- Partner with Engineering, Design, and Data teams to balance customer impact, business value, and technical effort.
- Utilize AI-assisted tools like Claude, Cursor, and Figma to prototype and accelerate development.
- Champion experimentation and measurement to tie product decisions to real business outcomes.
- Translate complex problems into clear narratives to drive alignment across stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience building and shipping user-facing products.
- Strong product sense with high design taste and experience in modern design workflows.
- Ability to communicate complex tradeoffs clearly to engineering, design, and executive partners.
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted prototyping tools.
- Strong analytical instincts with the ability to use data to inform prioritization and strategy.
- Comfort operating in a fast-moving startup environment with high ambiguity.
Nice to have
- Experience in fintech, payments, credit products, or regulated environments.
- Background in high-growth or early-stage startups.
- Experience with A/B testing and analytics platforms like Amplitude or Mixpanel.
