What you will do
- Manage day-to-day NYC studio operations, including supply procurement and amenity maintenance.
- Coordinate relationships with vendors, service providers, and building management.
- Oversee the daily studio calendar and resolve scheduling conflicts for meetings and shoots.
- Handle office invoicing, ensuring timely submission and payment tracking.
- Coordinate onboarding logistics for new hires in partnership with leadership and HR.
- Support leadership with logistical planning for monthly company meetings and internal initiatives.
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of experience in office management, workplace operations, or studio coordination.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, administration, or related fields (preferred).
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, and calendar management platforms.
- Must be eligible to work in the US.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced studio environment.
Nice to have
- Passion for contemporary culture, streetwear, or the creative industries.
- Previous experience supporting content production, photo/video shoots, or studio operations.
